Natalia House is located in the small town of Kriopigi, 2.6 km from the nearest beach and 1.4 km from the town center, on the east coast of Kassandra. Due to its favorable geographical location and proximity to the resorts of Kallithea and Polichrono, Kriopigi is an excellent starting point for touring the eastern coast and the entire peninsula.
The first bakeries and shops are about 1km away.
This house of 160m² is spread over two levels and is designed to accommodate a maximum of eight people. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the first floor there are three bedrooms and an additional bathroom. All bedrooms have a double bed, and the living room has a sofa for two people. Guests can enjoy the veranda or balcony, which are equipped with seating and offer a view of the sea in the distance.
Within this air-conditioned house, with independent cooling units in two bedrooms and the living room, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a toaster and a kettle. One bathroom has a shower with a curtain, and the other has a shower with a glass screen. The stay of small pets is allowed with prior agreement with the owners and with an additional fee.
During their stay, guests are responsible for reflecting hygiene in the accommodation, as well as for changing bed linen and towels, a clean set of which is available to them. For all reservations, there is a mandatory surcharge for cleaning service at the end of the stay, and cleaning service during the stay is also available for an additional fee.
In the fenced and well-kept yard there is a private swimming pool with deckchairs, and guests also have the option of preparing a barbecue with family and friends.
Guests can park in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, in the center of Kriopigi near the Casablanca bar, turn right up the hill and follow the road for the next 1.1km, then turn right and drive another 220m to the complex of houses. Natalia House is the third in line from the direction you are coming from.
