This newly built apartment complex features 2 sea-water pools, a spacious parking area and bright and airy rooms with large balconies. It is only 1 km from Lefkada’s centre. Each studio and apartment of the Villa Vita is spacious and bright with kitchenette facilities and marble bathroom. They all have furnished balconies which overlook the pool and the garden. The pool has a children’s area, 2 children's pools, waterfalls and a cross-flow system suitable for exercise. At the surrounding courtyard, guests can relax by the reclining sun beds. Two BBQs and a dining area are also featured. The Villa Vita Holidays Apartments & Studios’s lounge offers a TV. Children can play safely at the complex’s playground. Villa Vita Holidays provides guests a 13-metre sailboat with skipper, with which they can escape for a one or two-day cruise.VILLAVITA-HOLIDAYS is an organized tourist accomodation with a lot of facillites,breakfast is available.

Anastasia Village lies on the foot of the moundain Skarosand it has an extremly nice view to the Ionian Sea. It consists 4 maisonettes with capacity 4 to 6 persons and 8 studios (capacity 2 to 4 persons). All the maisonettes and the studios have equipment kitchenette, air-condition, free wf and big balcony with excellent view to the sea.
