Our description Blue View is one of the most popular accommodations in our offer, which is usually filled very quickly. Given that it is located on a hill, the view from the terraces of this villa is truly fantastic. In addition, all the facilities that Skala Potamia provides are easily accessible and are practically within walking distance of the accommodation. Blue View Studios is located in the center of Skala Potamia, to the right of the main road from Golden Beach. The villa is about 300m away from the beach. It is a decent accommodation, not luxurious. There are a total of 10 studios, which are distributed in two buildings. The central building consists of the following accommodation units: Ground level: number 7 is a triple studio consisting of two single beds and one armchair that extends into one single bed No. 8 is a four-bed studio consisting of three single beds and one sofa bed First floor: No. 1 is a four-bed studio with four single beds number 2 is a triple studio consisting of three single beds No. 3 is a four-bed studio that has four single beds Second floor: No. 4 is a triple studio with three single beds No. 5 is a triple studio consisting of one double bed and one single bed No. 6 is a triple studio with three single beds The size of the studio varies, on average from 15m2 to 25m2. A separate building is a house with two double studios with single beds, which can also accommodate one extra bed if needed. All studios have a sea view, including studios in the house (the sea view is not direct, but from the side). All studios have air conditioning, TV, terrace, kitchen with hob, refrigerator and electric kettle for heating water, safe and wireless internet signal. The terraces are a decent size and perfect for a morning coffee with a view of the blue sea. A baby cot can be booked when booking accommodation. Cleaning, linen and towels are changed once a week. If you need a hair dryer, the owner can borrow it. The villa has a large private parking and a small yard that is nicely decorated, with a barbecue and seating. If you are coming from the direction of Limenas, as soon as you pass the Niki supermarket, drive a few more meters straight and immediately, after Stefania Studios, there is an alley to which you need to turn. Continue straight and you will see Blue View studios. The first shop and bakery are a few minutes walk from the accommodation. The villa is located in a very quiet place and is very close to all amenities - 3-4 minutes walk from the beach and the center. It has a fantastic view, is decent and reasonably priced, and can be a good choice for a peaceful holiday in Skala Potamia.

Our description Dimitraki Apartments and Maisonettes is a very nice accommodation in Skala Rachoni, just a five minute walk from the sandy beach. The furniture is new and high quality, and the maisonettes / apartments are very comfortable. The accommodation is located in a very quiet place, surrounded mainly by olive groves. Accommodation is only 500m away from one of the largest supermarkets on Thassos, and 3km from Skala Prinos. The beach is 230 meters from the accommodation. These are two buildings in the same yard, in one building there are apartments, and in the other penthouses on two levels. All penthouses are very spacious, have two bedrooms upstairs and a large living room on the ground floor. There is one double bed in each bedroom, and on the ground floor there is one folding armchair and a sofa for two people or three single beds and one extra bed. So, penthouses can accommodate up to eight people, or two families with children. Each maisonette has two bathrooms (one on the first floor and one on the ground floor), three air conditioners and three terraces, so some of them are always in the shade. All three rooms have access to the terrace, and the TV is located in the living room. The kitchens are large and well equipped, with a standard stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and large fridge. The maisonettes also have mosquito nets, a safe and wireless internet, and a cot can be obtained upon prior request. The apartment (33m2) can accommodate four people. The bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is well equipped, has a small oven, small refrigerator, all necessary utensils and coffee makers. Cleaning is done for five days, and on that occasion, towels and bed linen are changed. It is possible to arrange more frequent replacement and cleaning with the owners on the spot. The yard is very large, with shade and green areas, movable barbecue, outdoor furniture and swings. Sissy Suites enjoys a quiet location and is one of the best accommodations in Potos. It is a 10-minute walk from the center and the beach. It is decorated with modern furniture and has all the amenities for a quality vacation. The beach is 450 meters away and the central intersection with all amenities, is 350 meters away. It is a very nice and modern accommodation consisting of two large duplex apartments (42m2) on the first floor, as well as six studios (24m2). The apartments can accommodate up to four adults, while the studios are suitable for families only. Two studios are on the ground floor and have a veranda with seating. The other three studios are on the high ground floor, while the sixth is on the first floor. They all have one double bed and a sofa bed for two children. In the same room are kitchen, TV and air conditioning. The apartments are very spacious and have two bedrooms and a separate kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds. The apartments have a large balcony overlooking the sea. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace, which runs the entire length of the apartment and is quite wide. All accommodation units are air conditioned and have an equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, safe, mosquito nets, hair dryer and wireless internet. Cleaning, as well as change of bed linen and towels is provided and is done for three days. The yard is narrow and nicely decorated, with only two parking spaces, but next to the villa, along the road that is not busy and on the extensions, there is enough parking space. When you enter Potos from the direction of Limenaria, take the highway to the central crossroads (near the amusement park) and turn left towards Teologos. After a hundred meters turn into the first street on the left, pass Villa Hermes and a hundred meters later you will see Villa Sissy on the left side of the road. Sissy suites are a great choice if you want quality accommodation with new furniture just outside the city crowds and traffic, and yet in the wider city center.
