The supermarket is located about 200 m from the building, while the bakery is 400 m away. The nearest beach, Agios Ioannis, is approximately 1.8 km away, while Ammoglossa beach is approximately 2 km away.
A total of eight accommodation units are available, including five studios for two to four people and three apartments that can accommodate up to five people. The studios are located on the ground floor, while the apartments are located on the first floor.
Two-bed studios (26–28 m²) have a double bed, and one of them can be equipped with an extra bed for a third person. The four-bed studio (30 m²) offers a double bed and a sofa for two people. The apartments (35 m², 37 m² and 39 m²) contain a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa for two in the living room. They are intended for four people, but the owners often accept a fifth person, especially if it is a child. The apartments have well-equipped kitchens with a large refrigerator and a stove with an oven.
All units are equipped with air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets and WiFi Internet, while the apartments also have a washing machine.
Cleaning, as well as changing bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay.
Private parking is not provided, but guests can park their vehicle on the street near the accommodation.
