Ionian Breeze Studios is located about 450m from the beach, about 500m from the center of Phryni and about 2km from the town of Lefkas. The nearest bakery and grocery store are about 500m away. The facility itself can be reached by turning right at the small church after entering the village of Frini, driving for about 100m, then turning left and after another 200m on the left side you will come across the courtyard of the villa.
We offer air-conditioned studios with an area of 25 m2, designed for 2-3 people. The studios are equipped with one double bed or two joined single beds, with the possibility of adding an extra bed in the form of a collapsible metal structure with a slightly thinner mattress. The accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen with a mini-stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a toaster and an electric kettle. Each studio has a TV, a bathroom and a terrace with a view of the sea or the mountain, while a cot is available upon request when booking. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day.
Guests have at their disposal a spacious and very nicely decorated yard with furniture for sitting and dining, a shared barbecue and private parking. Wireless internet is available throughout the facility. Pets are allowed with a mandatory prior request. Ionian Breeze Studios is a base for touring the west coast of Lefkada, given its close proximity to the capital.
