The building has two two-bed studios on the ground floor, with an area of about 20m2, each with a double bed.
The apartments are 45m2 (two on the ground floor, one on the first floor). They have one double bed in the bedroom, and one single bed and a sofa in the remaining kitchen area.
The apartments have a view of the surroundings and the greenery that surrounds the villa, as well as the sea in the distance (apartment on the first floor).
All accommodation units in the villa are soundproofed and all have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with hairdryer, TV and air conditioning, a terrace with a view, or a porch with seating.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is done daily.
