It consists of a living room with kitchen and bedroom. It has two terraces, one double bed in the bedroom, one two-seater sofa bed for two people and one three-seater in the living room, air conditioning, internet access, central heating and kitchen with stove with oven and large refrigerator with freezer.

Bed linen and towels are changed every five days.

Capacity is four adults and one child.
