Two-bed studio - the area is about 20m2, it is located on the first floor and consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a separate kitchen with a stove with a flat plate and a refrigerator, and a bathroom. The 50m2 apartment is located on the first floor and consists of 2 bedrooms with one double bed in one and two separate single beds in the other room, toilet and bathroom, kitchen with fridge and stove, terrace with a beautiful view. The 60m2 apartment is located on the first floor and contains two bedrooms with one double bed and two separate single beds, a bathroom, a large kitchen with a combined refrigerator and stove with a flat plate, a terrace with a beautiful view. Apartment Georgia is about 70m2, located on the second floor and consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a large bathroom, a large kitchen, a living room with sofas, a terrace with a beautiful view; if necessary, an extra bed can be added, so the apartment can comfortably host from two to five people.
All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, as well as wireless internet.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
Villa Avista Apartments does not have a private parking lot, but it is easy to find a parking space right around the villa itself
