Tzeni Villa is accommodation on the seashore, about 15m from the beach with rounded stones and 20m from the center and the marina in Lygia. It offers studios and apartments for 2-5 people. It is located in a perfect location, on a small hill above the promenade and the city beach, it has a very nicely decorated yard with seating and a communal barbecue.
The nearest shop and bakery are 100m away.
There are six accommodation units on offer. Two double studios (22m2) have two single beds and one extra bed, and two four-bed deluxe apartments (40m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed in the kitchen area. The first four-bed duplex apartment (50m2) has four single beds, and the second one has one French, or two single beds in two bedrooms. An extra bed can be added to both apartments.
Duplex apartments and studios have huge terraces and are more modestly furnished compared to the deluxe apartments, which have been completely renovated and have a new bathroom, furniture, appliances and an unfenced veranda instead of a terrace.
The duplex and deluxe apartments have sea views, while the studios face the courtyard and have a very limited sea view.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV (duplex and deluxe apartments have two air conditioners and two televisions), kitchen (studios and duplex apartments have a stove with two hotplates and a small refrigerator, while deluxe apartments have a large stove, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher), electric kettle, wireless Internet, bathroom and terrace or veranda. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done after three nights.
The owners live in the villa and are available for any information or assistance.
They don't have private parking, but you can easily find a place in the area.
