Aldebaran Apartments is a real oasis of peace and greenery, and here you will have all the conditions to have a nice rest. The accommodation is newer, has a swimming pool with a bar, as well as an excellent location because it is in the center, so all facilities in Limenaria are within reach, and yet it is tucked away enough and away from the noise and crowds.
Aldebaran is located in the center of Limenaria, in a quiet and secluded location. The nearest store is 50m away, and the beach and the walking area are 150m away.
Rooms, apartments and maisonettes are divided into three buildings located in the same courtyard. Studios are not available for online booking.
In the first building, at the left end of the yard, there are 12 accommodation units (three apartments and nine studios). They are spread over three floors (ground floor, first and second floor) and all have a terrace overlooking the courtyard.
On each floor there is one apartment with a separate bedroom with a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people, an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with a shower. This room leads to the terrace. The apartments have an area of 45m2. These units are numbered 101, 201 and 301.
Six units have two joined single beds and a bed drawer. These studios have an area of 25m2. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a small refrigerator, while the bathroom has a shower. These studies are numbered 102, 103, 202, 203, 302 and 303.
On each floor there is one double room with two single beds joined together and a pull-out armchair where a younger child can sleep. If this bed is also opened, the free space in the room is significantly reduced. We must mention that there is no stove in the kitchen. There is a shower in the bathroom. The rooms are smaller (25m2), but the terrace is spacious. These are studies number 104, 204 and 304.
In the second building, there are only two maisonettes (M1 and M2) that are arranged in the same way. The area of these units is 45m2. On the lower floor there is a sofa for two people, an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, as well as a smaller bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a gallery that is not separated from the lower level by a door and has a double bed and a terrace with a view of the courtyard. The maisonettes are located next to each other, as soon as you enter the courtyard on the left.
The third building was built in 2020 and is located right next to the pool. All eight accommodation units are modernly decorated. There are two studios on the upper ground floor, while six maisonettes are arranged on the first floor.
Studio Danae (no.105) has three beds and has an area of 35m2. This unit does not have a terrace. The room has a French bed, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with a semi-enclosed shower cabin. Studio Vasiliki (no.106) is decorated in the same way. The only difference is that this unit has a slightly smaller bathroom that has only tiles instead of a shower. Both units are designed for a maximum of three people.
Maisonette Kallisti (no.205) can host up to six people and has an area of 60m2. On the lower level there is a corner sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace with a view of the courtyard, while on the gallery, which is not separated by a door, there is a double bed and a sofa bed with a drawer bed.
Maisonette Erato (no.206) can host up to six people and has an area of 60m2. On the lower level there is a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom, a terrace with a view of the street and the yard, as well as a separate bedroom with a French bed. The second double bed is on the gallery, which is not separated by a door.
Maisonette Nefeli (no.207) can host up to four people and has an area of about 47m2. On the lower level there is a bathroom, a kitchen, a pull-out sofa with a pull-out bed, as well as a slightly narrower terrace with a view of the street. On the gallery, which is not separated by a door, there is a French bed.
Maisonette Aphrodite (no.305) can host up to six people and has an area of 60m2. On the lower level there is a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate bedroom with a French bed and an exit to a large terrace with a view of the pool. The bedroom is not completely separated because it is viewed from the gallery. The gallery is not separated by a door and there is a second double bed on it.
Maisonette Artemis (no.306) can host up to four people and has an area of about 47m2. This unit has a pool view. On the lower level there is a pull-out sofa with a drawer bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace, while on the gallery there is a double bed.
Maisonette Calypso (no.307) can host up to four people and has an area of about 47m2. This unit also has a pool view. On the lower level there is also a pull-out sofa with a drawer bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace, while on the gallery there is a double bed.
Each maisonette has a kitchen with a stove, coffee machine and small refrigerator, while the bathroom has a semi-enclosed shower cabin or only tiles (unenclosed tub). The galleries are located in the attic and have a sloping roof.
Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
The yard is spacious and fenced. Within it there is a bar and a swimming pool.
The villa does not have a private parking lot, but next to the accommodation there is a large public parking lot where there are usually spaces.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left into the alley at the intersection near Hotel Agali. The road will bring you directly to the gate of Aldebaran accommodation.
