Alrose Luxury Studio is a wonderful, luxurious and brand new accommodation in Limenaria. It is located in a quiet location, has a very nice yard and beautifully decorated accommodation units. The owners are friendly people and speak English very well.
The villa is about 170m from the nearest store, about 200m from the city beach, and about 600m from the center of Limenaria, the promenade and all shops, restaurants and cafes.
The accommodation was built in 2018. We offer one apartment with three bedrooms on the first floor and seven studios located on the ground floor.
The studios are the same and have an area of about 22m2. Three are located at the front and look at the yard (numbers 1, 2 and 3), one is at the side (number 4), while three are at the back and look at the rear part of the yard and the dirt road with less traffic (numbers 5, 6 and 7). Each unit has one double bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a semi-enclosed shower cabin. The kitchen is equipped and has a small fridge, microwave and stove. It is not possible to add an extra bed.
The apartment has an area of 120m2 and is designed for 10 people. The first bedroom has one double bed, the second one double bed, a pull-out armchair and access to the terrace that looks out from the back, and the third one has a double bed, a pull-out armchair and a bathroom with a semi-enclosed shower. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner. In the living room there is a corner sofa bed and an equipped kitchen with stove, microwave and large refrigerator. The bathroom, which is accessed from the living room, has a bathtub. This room leads to a larger terrace with a view of the yard from the front of the house.
An iron and a high chair for children are available to guests.
Cleaning is done daily, and towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
Two barbecues are also available in the spacious yard full of greenery.
Guests can park their vehicles in low traffic streets around the accommodation and on roadside extensions. There is enough room.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left onto the dirt road when you pass the Zagos rent-a-car. Continue driving straight for about 70m and you will see the villa on your left.
