Accommodation Antonis Rooms is located at the entrance to Limenaria, outside the center and in a quiet place. It is a new accommodation that offers nicely furnished studios. The studios have nice views and spacious balconies and are well maintained. The owners are friendly, speak good English and are there to help with anything you need.
The villa is about 900m from the center of Limenaria. The town beach is 200m away, as is the nearest supermarket.
We offer two studios located on the lower floor, while the owners live on the upper floor. They are located at the front and have a spacious terrace with a view of the sea, partly separated by a glass partition.
The four-bed studio at the front of the house is spacious and has one double bed, one single bed and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small fridge, one hot plate and a toaster. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. The studio has an area of about 35m2.
The three-bed studio at the front is also spacious and has a French and one extra bed with a standard mattress. The kitchen is equipped and has a large fridge, stove, microwave and toaster. The bathroom has a larger shower cabin. The studio has an area of about 35m2.
The four-bed apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator and a two-burner stove.
The accommodation will be renovated for the 2022 season.
It is not possible to add an extra bed.
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every 2-3 days.
The yard is nicely landscaped, there is a lawn, as well as a brick barbecue with a table and chairs for sitting. While sitting in the courtyard, you can also enjoy the sea view.
Parking is provided, both in the yard and in the low-traffic street in front of the villa.
Coming from the direction of Limenas and Prinos, when you reach the intersection where there is a sign for Hotel Discovery, turn left and drive uphill for another 50m.
