Keramidi Villa is one of the most popular accommodations we offer in Limenaria. It offers its guests beautiful and fully equipped apartments in a quiet location and thus provides the opportunity for a wonderful vacation during your stay on Thassos. Villa Keramidi is located in Limenaria and is one of the most sought after because of the comfort it provides. It is located in a quiet area, slightly removed from the city, 650m from the intersection and about 1km from the city beach. A well-stocked and affordable supermarket is about 150m from the house, and a bakery about 300m away. You can also walk to the city in ten minutes. It was built in 2008 and has spacious, new and modern apartments (45m2). There are five apartments in total (two on the ground floor and three on the first floor). All apartments consist of two rooms, a bedroom with a French bed and a living room with a dining room, an equipped kitchen and two sofa beds. It is not possible to add an extra bed. Each apartment has satellite TV, bathroom, air conditioning and wireless internet. The terraces are very spacious, and each apartment has two of them (on both sides of the house). The owners are very friendly and unobtrusive and speak Serbian very well. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while guests maintain the hygiene of the apartment themselves. The price includes final cleaning only. Private parking is available to guests, as well as a barbecue in the yard. Coming from the direction of Prinos, at the central intersection in Limenaria, turn left towards the interior of the island (towards Kastro). After driving for 650m, turn left and you will see a villa on the right side of the road. If you want good and affordable accommodation in a quiet location, which will serve as a base for visiting the island, Keramidi Villa is the ideal choice for you. .

Giota Studios is an accommodation at the entrance to Limenaria. It is a very nice and decent accommodation in a quiet location, ideal for vacation in the truest sense of the word. The owner maintains a high level of hygiene. Since the building is on a hill, most of the units have excellent views. The owners are extremely kind, accommodating and unobtrusive. The strictest city center is about 1 km from the villa. The beach is about 250m away. The coast is sandy, and there are rocky and sandy parts in the water. The part of the beach that is in front of the luxury hotels is organized, with sunbeds and umbrellas that you can rent or get for free with a drink. The supermarket is 300m away. Giota (Jota) Studios offers three studios on the second floor, one apartment on the first floor and one apartment on the ground floor (a few steps below the level of the courtyard). Two studios are two-bed (20m2), both have a double bed, one of them has a direct view, while the other looks at the sea from the side. The third studio is a three-bed studio (25m2), has one double bed and one single bed each and looks towards the mountain and slightly towards the sea. The apartment on the first floor (70m2) is a duplex, has two bedrooms and a view of the sea. In the first there are two single beds, and in the second a double bed narrower than standard. There is a sofa bed in the living room with the kitchen. Only this unit has a washing machine and an oven. The apartment located on the ground floor is a few steps below the level of the courtyard. It has three rooms, two bedrooms, with two single beds, i.e. one French bed narrower than standard, and a living room with a sofa bed. This apartment is ideal for one large family, two families or two couples. It can accommodate up to five people. All accommodation units have a kitchen, TV, air conditioning, terrace, iron and wireless internet. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days, while cleaning is done daily. The yard is small and paved, with a barbecue. There is enough parking space in front of the house. The accommodation is located 1 km before Limenaria, seen from the direction of Prinos, on a hill on the left side of the highway, from which there is an excellent view of the sea. When you reach the intersection with the Discovery Hotel sign, turn left and drive uphill. Our advice is to avoid the uphill on the other side because of the steepness. If you want peace, quiet, a nice view, decent prices and accommodation as a good base for tours, this house is an excellent choice. The location is excellent, because it is in the south of the island where there are many popular beaches, and Potos is only 6 km away.
