Be Modern Apartments & Studios is located in a quiet location, just outside the center of Limenaria, ideal for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy nature and silence. Surrounded by greenery, it provides a relaxing atmosphere and a pleasant environment for rest. The accommodation is just a few minutes' drive from the city center, where you can find restaurants, shops and beaches with crystal clear sea, and the city beach is about 700 meters away.
We offer three studios and three apartments located in the basement (a few steps below the level of the courtyard), on the first and second floors.
Studios numbered 101, which is located in the basement, and 201, which is on the first floor, are similarly decorated and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children, and consist of a French bed, a sofa for two people.
The double studio (number 301) is located on the second floor and has one double bed. If necessary, the owners can add an extra bed, but we would like to note that this significantly reduces the space.
Three apartments, located in the basement (number 102), on the first floor (number 202) and on the second floor (number 302), can accommodate a maximum of four people. They consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa for two people in the living room.
Within these air-conditioned studios and apartments, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, TV, safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, kitchenette, designed for preparing light meals, and equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with one burner, a coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower without a tub with a glass screen.
Depending on the floor on which they are located, all studios and apartments have a veranda or balcony equipped with seating, with a view of the courtyard and the mountain.
All units have two balconies, one private and one shared with the neighboring unit. On the back balconies in the basement, a screen has been placed that separates them, while flower pots have been placed on the balconies on the higher floors. On the private balconies, the owners have set up a table and chairs so that all guests have their own space and privacy.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
There is no private parking, but a free parking space can easily be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
