Casa Ideale 3 Apartment offers guests a spacious apartment with three bedrooms. The accommodation is modern and a good choice for tourists who want accommodation in the center of Limenaria but in a quiet location.
The accommodation is located at a distance of 150m from the nearest store and 350m from the town center and the pedestrian zone. The city beach is 400m from the villa.
We offer one apartment on the first floor with an area of 115m2 and three bedrooms. One of them has two single beds, while the other two have a double bed. Rooms with double beds also have access to the terrace. One is smaller and has a view of the mountain, while the other is large, has a view of the yard and is accessed from one bedroom and from the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. The kitchen is spacious and has a large fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and opens onto a small terrace at the back of the house that overlooks the street and the mountain. In the living room there is a corner sofa, TV and air conditioning.
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every four days.
Guests can find a parking space in the nearby streets.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left 130m after passing the main intersection in Limenaria. Drive towards the Koukoutsi Tavern and after it, turn into the first street on the right. You will see the Villa Casa Ideale on the right side of the road.
