The villa is located in the center of Limenaria, only 50m from the walking area and 150m from the large city beach. The nearest shops are at the same distance.
We offer 11 studios spread over three floors.
GROUND FLOOR:
Studio number 9 - four-bed unit with four single beds. There is no terrace, but in front of the front door there is an unfenced sitting area with a table and chairs. This space is transitory.
Studio number 10 - three-bed studio with three single beds. The kitchen is separated by a door and from it the owners also enter the room where the boiler is located, which is occasionally turned on, so this unit is a bit noisier than the others. There is no terrace, but in front of the front door there is an unfenced sitting area with a table and chairs. This space is transitory.
Studio number 11 - double unit with a French bed. The kitchen is slightly smaller than in other studios. There is no terrace, but in front of the front door there is an unfenced sitting area with a table and chairs. This space is transitory.
FIRST FLOOR:
Studio number 1 - three-bed studio with three single beds. The kitchen in this unit is slightly smaller, and the terrace offers a view of the sea.
Studio number 2 - double studio with a French bed. The kitchen in this unit is slightly smaller, and from the terrace guests have a partial view of the sea, which obscures the stairs.
Studio number 5 - four-bed studio with four single beds. The terrace offers a view of the sea.
Studio number 6 - three-bed studio with three single beds. From the terrace, guests have a side view of the sea.
SECOND FLOOR:
Studio number 3 - three-bed studio with three single beds. The kitchen in this unit is slightly smaller, and the terrace offers a view of the sea.
Studio number 4 - double studio with French bed. The kitchen in this unit is slightly smaller, and guests have a view of the sea from the terrace.
Studio number 7 - four-bed studio with four single beds. The terrace offers a view of the sea.
Studio number 8 - three-bed studio with three single beds. From the terrace, guests have a side view of the sea.
All units have TV, air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom, internet and mosquito nets. The kitchens in all studios have a stove and a small refrigerator, while the bathrooms have showers.
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every four days.
The villa does not have a private parking lot, so guests can park their vehicles in nearby streets.
