El Mare Luxurious Apartments is an accommodation located at the entrance to Limenaria. It has modernly decorated apartments and studios with sea view. The owner speaks Serbian, which further facilitates communication and is always available to guests. The city beach and supermarket are only a few minutes away from the villa.
The villa is 150m from the beach and the nearest shop, and 800m from the center of Limenaria.
The building was built in 2015. There are two apartments, Ammos (42m2) and Thalassa (45m2), two studios Votsalo (34m2) and Kyma (32m2). The studios have a side view, and the apartments have a direct view of the sea. The studios have one double bed and a sofa for one person, while the apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Accommodation units are located on the ground floor. Apartments from the front, and studios from the sides of the house.
Studios and apartments have an equipped kitchen, a shower cabin in the bathroom, and a veranda and a sitting area in the yard. The owner lives on the top floor, although he rarely stays in this apartment during the summer months. All units have wireless internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets, TV and hair dryer.
Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
A smaller yard is located outside the villa and offers a view of the sea.
You will easily find a parking space in front of the accommodation, as the street has little traffic.
Coming from the Prinos direction, turn left when you reach the Discovery sign. The villa is located on the corner on the left.
