Elsa Apartments is accommodation in Limenaria, close to the beach. This is one of the most popular accommodations from our offer and sells out very quickly. In addition to affordable prices, guests are also satisfied with the appearance and cleanliness, and some of the apartments also have a view of the sea. Private parking and a barbecue in the spacious yard are available to guests.
The accommodation is located at the entrance to Limenaria, 1.5 km from the city center and 550 m from the beach. The city beach is long (2km) and has sandy and rocky parts. The nearest store is 850m away.
We offer five comfortable apartments (40m2) and two studios (40m2).
The first building was built in 2006. Two apartments are located on the high ground floor (eight steps above the level of the courtyard), and the third is on the first floor. All apartments have 2-3 terraces, a mini-kitchen, two single beds and a bathroom in the bedroom, as well as a separate living room with a sofa bed for two people. The upstairs apartment has a renovated bathroom and an entrance door like a sliding screen. Of the apartments on the upper ground floor, only one has a renovated bathroom.
The new building was built in 2017. It has two identical apartments with two terraces each overlooking the courtyard. Both are modernly decorated and are located just a few steps above ground level. They are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people, and in addition to the standard equipment, the kitchen also has a large refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower and is located between the living room and the bedroom.
From the 2019 season, there are also two studios on the ground floor, each with a double bed and a sofa bed for two children. They are located in a separate building in the yard, which they also have a view of. One studio is located at the front and the other at the back of the house.
There is also one double studio (15m2) on the ground floor, which has a double bed and a sofa. There is no TV set in the unit.
All accommodation units have wireless internet, air conditioning and mosquito nets. Free use of a washing machine is also available to guests.
In new facilities, cleaning is done every other day, and towels and bed linen are changed every third day. In the old facility, cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every five days.
The yard is very nicely decorated, it is lit and pleasant for socializing. There is also a large summer house (40m2) with a large dining table and chairs, a brick grill and a stove with an oven.
Private parking is provided.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left onto the dirt road in front of the Elin gas station, which will take you to the accommodation.
Elsa Apartments is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to be close to the beach, but removed from the city center and crowds. This villa is also excellent as a starting location for visiting the most beautiful beaches and places on the island. It is close to Potos and Limenaria, but also to the fantastic beaches of Tripiti, Pefkari, Psili Amos and Notos. This accommodation has our recommendations for a pleasant vacation. It's great for multiple families who want to rent the entire property and be on their own. The owners are friendly and unobtrusive.
