En Ethria Villa is a very high quality accommodation, new and comfortable with modern furniture. It is located in a quiet, new neighborhood in Limenaria, known for its beautiful villas for rent and private houses. The courtyard is very spacious and meticulously decorated, the apartments are perfectly clean, the owners are very friendly.

The beach is 400m from the accommodation and the city center is a kilometer away. The nearest supermarket is located at a distance of about 350m. The city center, the first taverns, restaurants and a supermarket are about a 10-minute walk from the villa. Just three minutes by car and you have already reached one of the most beautiful beaches in the south - Tripiti beach. The beach is 2 km long and the shore is sandy, while the water has sand and stones, depending on the part of the beach where you swim. There are hotels on it, in front of which are excellently arranged beaches that can also be used by guests of Villa En Ethria, with sunbeds and umbrellas that are provided with the ordered drink or coffee. Of course you can always place your own umbrella and towel.

The building was built in 2009 but renovated several times. These are two buildings located in the same yard. Together they have eight accommodation units - three four-bed studios located on the ground floor, two maisonettes with one bedroom and a living room (ideal for four adults and one child) and three largest maisonettes with two bedrooms and a living room with a total of six beds.

The four-bed studios on the ground floor are very spacious, with an area of ​​33m2. They contain a French or two singles and a sofa with a pull-out drawer and a full-size mattress. Studios, like all maisonettes, have air conditioning, TV and wireless internet signal.

Maisonettes with one bedroom (58m2) for four or five people have a French bed (located in the upstairs bedroom with a separate door) and a living room on the ground floor equipped with a sofa bed (which can sleep two adults or two children) plus a sofa bed. The bathroom is upstairs. There is a large and well-equipped kitchen in the living room.

The maisonette with two bedrooms (72m2) consists of a living room with a kitchen and a pull-out sofa with a normal size mattress and a bathroom on the ground floor. The two bedrooms are located on the first floor and are separated by a door and have a double bed and two single beds. The maisonette balconies are spacious and have a sea view and each of the maisonettes has two balconies, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor.

All accommodation units have a nice view of the sea, except for the studios on the ground floor, which have a direct exit to the courtyard. Kitchens in all accommodation units are equipped.

The accommodation is very clean and tidy. Bed linen and towels are changed, as well as cleaning, every three days.

The courtyard of the villa is beautifully landscaped, with two covered kiosks for dining or enjoying the courtyard. If you decide to grill, a brick grill is also provided.

A parking space in the courtyard is provided for all guests.

When coming from the direction of Prinos, 500m before the central intersection in Limenaria, on the left side of the highway you will see the sign for Limenaria, next to which is the sign for EnEthria Studios-Villas (there is also a turn for Discovery Hotel). There, at the sign, turn left and drive straight for about 200m, after which you turn left again and enter the courtyard from the upper side of the road.

If you want quality, new and modern accommodation with a beautiful view, peace and comfort, an excellent base for visiting the island, but also close to an organized beach, En Ethria is an excellent choice. Within a range of 10 km there are a large number of popular beaches on the island (Psili Amos, Notos, Tripiti, Metalia, San Antonio), and Potos is 6 km away.
