Il Grigio Apartments offers three modernly decorated apartments located in a quiet location in Kalivia. The units are fully equipped and renovated, providing guests with an ideal solution for a nice vacation.
The accommodation is 1.4 km from the large city beach in Limenaria, and about 1 km from the center with all the shops, taverns, souvenir shops and the promenade.
We offer three modernly decorated apartments located on the upper ground floor and have an area of 40m2. They are furnished in the same way and have one French bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a pull-out sofa with a pull-out bed, an equipped kitchen with a small fridge, stove, kettle and toaster, as well as a bathroom with a shower cabin. Each apartment has two terraces with a view of the yard and the surrounding area. One is accessed from the living room, while the other is accessed from the bedroom. The owners live upstairs. Air conditioning and television are available in both rooms.
Small pets are allowed (on request).
Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
Guests can park their vehicles on the road in front of the accommodation. It has little traffic.
