Description The La Pierre Apartment is a modern and beautifully decorated accommodation located in a peaceful part of Limenaria, about 500 meters from the town center and the municipal beach. The accommodation consists of a total of seven double rooms, each 25m² in size, distributed on the high ground floor (rooms 101, 102, and 103) and on the first floor (rooms 201, 202, 203, and 204). All rooms are similarly decorated and equipped in the same manner, providing guests with a pleasant and comfortable environment. Each room features a double bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. All bathrooms have a shower cabin with a tiled partition, except for unit 201, which does not have a partition. The units do not have a kitchen, only a small refrigerator. A baby cot is available upon request. All units are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster, while mosquito nets are installed on all windows and doors. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every two days. Small pets are welcome with prior arrangement. The accommodation has a large, beautifully landscaped and well-maintained courtyard with seating area and a private parking lot with an ample number of spaces for all guests.
