La Verde Apartments are located in Limenaria, in a quiet location, outside the center and crowds. These are new, high-quality and modern apartments that are well equipped and open to a very nice yard.
The villa is about 500m from the beach, about 400m from the supermarket, and 1.5km from the center of Limenaria.
We offer two apartments located on the ground floor of the house where the owners live. Both apartments have been renovated and are available for rent from the summer of 2017.
Both apartments are a few steps below ground level, as you can see in the pictures, but they are well lit and modernly decorated.
La Verde 1 - smaller green apartment (31m2) has one double bed and a sofa bed and the owners intended it for four people. The kitchen is equipped and has a small fridge and stove.
La Verde 2 is a larger, blue apartment (40m2), designed for four adults (in certain cases, a family of five can also stay) and has one French bed, a sofa bed and an extra bed that can be added as needed. The kitchen is equipped, has a stove and a large refrigerator. Next to the kitchen there is also a pantry.
Both apartments are air-conditioned, have internet access, hair dryer, mosquito nets and TV set. In front of both units there is a sitting area with a table and chairs.
Cleaning, as well as changing bed linen and towels, is done depending on the length of stay (usually three to four days).
The apartment leads directly into a spacious yard where there is also a barbecue.
Guests can always leave their vehicles on the low-traffic street in front of the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left when you reach the turnoff where there is a sign for Hotel Discovery. Continue driving straight for about 300m, then turn left at the sign for En Ethria Apartments. After a 60m drive uphill you will see La Verde Apartments on the right side of the road.
The area is very quiet, so this accommodation is an ideal solution for families who want to rest in silence from everyday noise and routine.
