Accommodation Maria Apartments is located not far from the city center, in a quiet part of Limenaria. It offers comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartments with new furniture.
The villa is new and is about 250 m from the beach, and about 700 m from the city center.
It consists of the ground floor and the first floor. Only two apartments on the first floor can be booked through the website.
The apartments can accommodate a maximum of four people. They are spacious and comfortable (about 54m2) and are an excellent solution for families with children. Each apartment consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a terrace and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one person and a single bed of smaller dimensions, while in the bedroom there is one double bed. Each apartment has air conditioning, wireless internet and TV. In front of the apartment there is a common sitting area with a table and chairs for the guests of both apartments.
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done depending on the length of the guest's stay. Most often for four to five days.
**During the 2020 season, the owners will not clean the rooms during the guests' stay, but only after departure. Cleaning products will be provided and towels and bed linen will be provided. Visits are prohibited.
The villa does not have a private parking lot, but there is enough space for free and safe parking next to the house.
Coming from the direction of Skala Prinos, at the beginning of Limenaria, follow the sign for Hotel Discovery on the left. Turn left and follow the road that leads to the right. After about a hundred meters, turn left again and you will arrive in front of Maria Apartments.
Maria Apartments can be a good base for visiting the island because it is in a quiet place, the apartments are new, outside the crowd, attractive with a good price and good equipment.
