Apartments Smaro are a family house located in the center of Limenaria, but in a quiet place because the street in which they are located is tucked away. It offers comfortable family apartments that are just a step away from all amenities, as well as the beach. The apartments are very bright, equipped with new and beautiful furniture.
The large city beach with a length of 2 km is only 100 m away, and the small city beach is about 250 m away.
The owners of the villa live on the first floor, while on the ground floor there are two comfortable duplex apartments, renovated in 2017.
The apartments have two separate bedrooms, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen with a small oven. In one room there is a double bed, while in the other there are two single beds. An extra bed can be inserted if necessary. The apartments are between 55-60m2. The unit with a sea view is slightly smaller. Balconies are separated, covered with vines and surrounded by flowers. Only one of them has a sea view. The owners of the villa are very kind and accommodating.
The apartments are air-conditioned, have internet access and a TV set.
Cleaning is daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
Guests can park on the street in front of the house, where there is usually space.
The villa is located in the city center, but since it is in a small street hidden from traffic and crowds, you don't have to worry about noise.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, at the central intersection turn right towards the sea and immediately after 20m, turn right again into the first paved street, next to the Malliatos supermarket. It is a dead end road that leads you to the accommodation.
