Lithi Villa is a modern accommodation that has been recently renovated and offers guests studios and apartments in a quiet location. Parking is provided, and some units have a view of the sea from a distance.
The accommodation is 450m away from the nearest store, and the center of the town with its pedestrian zone is about 700m away. The city beach in Limenaria is located at a distance of 900m.
There are six units on offer: three ordinary apartments, one duplex and two studios. The owners live on the ground floor.
GROUND FLOOR:
Apartment number 1 - this unit has an area of 45m2, is located at the back of the house and has a view of the mountain. There is a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there are two single beds and a kitchen with a small fridge, one hot plate, a coffee machine and a kettle. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom.
Apartment number 2 - this unit is the same as apartment number 1, only it has a slightly larger area.
The terrace of apartments number 1 and 2 is very spacious and partly fenced off so that the guests have their privacy. These units are the ideal solution when two families are vacationing together.
FIRST FLOOR:
Studio number 3 - it is a two-bed studio with an area of 20-25m2. In the room there is a double bed, an equipped kitchen with one hotplate and a small refrigerator. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. The terrace is spacious and offers a view of the surroundings, and the sea can be seen from a distance.
Apartment number 4 - has an area of 40m2. There is one double bed in the bedroom, while the other is in the living room. In this room there is also a kitchen with one hot plate, a coffee machine, a small fridge and a kettle. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. The terrace is spacious and offers a view of the surroundings, and the sea can be seen from afar.
Studio number 5 - it is a three-bed unit with an area of 30m2. Inside the room there is a double bed, a single bed and an equipped kitchen with one hotplate, a small fridge, a kettle and a coffee maker. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. The terrace is spacious and has a view of the mountain.
Duplex apartment number 6 - this unit has an area of 45m2. From the hallway you can enter two bedrooms and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a TV. This room has access to a terrace with a view of the mountain. In the second bedroom there are two single beds, a second air conditioner and a kitchen with two hotplates, a coffee machine, a kettle and a small fridge.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, hairdryer and internet. The villa was renovated in 2018.
Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every four days.
The yard is spacious and fenced.
Parking is provided for all guests of the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left at the main intersection in Limenaria, then right into the first street before the Vodafone shop and drive straight for the next 170m. After that, turn left again and you will see the accommodation on the right side of the road after 160m.
