Waterside Studios offers guests studios, some of which have beautiful sea views. It is located in the center of Limenaria, on the promenade, so it is an ideal option for all those who want to spend their vacation on Thassos.
The villa is located on a large city beach in Limenaria and is 30m from the nearest store. The promenade ends in front of the accommodation, which leads to the very center of the town, where all the taverns, cafes and souvenir shops are located.
For the 2025 season, two renovated studios are available at the front of the building, both with sea views. One studio has two beds with a double bed, while the other has three beds and contains a double bed and a folding armchair. Both are located on the ground floor.
All accommodation units have a kitchen, bathroom, terrace, air conditioning, mosquito nets, internet, TV and hair dryer. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain, while the kitchens are equipped with a stove, cooker and small fridge. Pets are allowed (on request).
Cleaning, as well as changing of towels and bed linen are done every five days.
Next to the villa, there are parking spaces for 2-3 cars, while the owners help other guests to find a place for their vehicle in the nearby streets.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right immediately after Hotel Triada, which is located in Limenaria. The road will take you to the left, next to the sea, and after about 20 meters you will see the Waterside villa on the left side of the road.
Accommodation is a good choice for all those looking for studies in a good location, in the center of a bigger place.
