Diamond House is a quality and well-maintained accommodation, located in a quiet location, away from noise. Accommodation units are decorated in a modern way and have everything you need for a peaceful vacation.
This accommodation is located in Limenas, 1 km from the nearest beach (Vournelis), while the city beach is 1.3 km away. It is 900m from the center and the nearest market is 220m away.
It offers two accommodation units - one maisonette on the first floor (about 120m2) and one apartment in the basement (58m2).
Maisonette is an accommodation unit on two levels. On the ground floor there is a corner sofa for sitting, which can also be used for sleeping. On the lower floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen (in which there is a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, etc.) and a toilet. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, two of which have French beds, while the third has a couch for two people. On the first floor there is also a large bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. The maisonette has four air conditioners, a balcony and a table and chairs for sitting.
The apartment in the basement consists of one separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a folding corner sofa. There is also an equipped kitchen in the living room. The bathroom has a shower, and unlike the maisonette, the apartment has one air conditioner. Guests of this unit do not have a balcony, but in front of the entrance there is a sitting area with a table and chairs that they can use freely.
The accommodation units have a bathroom, kitchen, air conditioning and TV set, hair dryer, iron, mosquito nets, and there is a cot available on request. Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every third day.
The yard is fenced and not so spacious. It is partly paved and partly under grass.
The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, but according to the owner, it is possible to park safely next to the building itself.
To get to this accommodation, you need to drive on the street that continues right to the part where you disembark. Continue driving straight and after 300m, after the gymnasium, you will come across the Macedon Hotel on the left. Turn left and continue straight, then turn into the first street on the right, where you will see Diamond House on the right.
If you want modern accommodation that is tucked away and away from the noise, Diamond House can be a great choice. It is close to all amenities in the city, promenades, shops and restaurants. Limenas is also excellent as a base for touring the island, as it is very close to the most beautiful beaches such as Mermerna (6km), Makrijamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).
