Edem Villa is an accommodation with a swimming pool near the center of Limenas, in a very quiet place. There is a bar next to the pool, where you can order breakfast as well as drinks, and there is a private parking lot within the villa.
Edem Villa is located in the wider center of Limenas, in the long Dimitriadu Street, about a hundred meters before the large Aethria Hotel, but on the opposite side of the street from it. In the same row are the Versa pension, the Meresi villa and the Viktoria hotel. The villa is 500-600m away from the city center, the new port and the sea, and about 1km from the city beach.
Although in the center of town, this accommodation is well hidden from traffic and surrounded by peace and greenery. It consists of two almost identical buildings (the first was built in 1990 and the second in 1994) and offers two four-bed apartments (40m2) and a total of 16 two-bed, three-bed studios and four-bed studios (23m2).
The apartments have a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen. There are two types of studios, superior and standard, and the difference is that the interior of the superior studio has been renovated and the furniture is new. The layout of the beds is very diverse, there are accommodation units with single or French beds as well as bunk beds.
Studios and apartments have a kitchen, bathroom, terrace, WiFi, air conditioning and TV.
Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
In the yard there is a section with toys for children, and next to the pool is a bar, where you can order breakfast as well as drinks.
Private parking is provided.
After getting off the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive by the sea along the main road (about 300m) to the part where the narrow road leads straight to the Vournelis Hotel and the beach of the same name. Continue along the main road and turn left, and after 150m you will reach the first major intersection (with Dimitriadu street). Turn left there and after about 500m you will reach Villa Edem, but you should turn right next to the bridge and go to the end of the narrow alley.
The nearest well-stocked supermarket is on the same street, about 20m before the villa, and there are also numerous small shops, a pharmacy, butcher, etc.
If you want decent and clean accommodation with private parking in the heart of Limenas, close to all facilities, promenades, shops, fast food restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and taverns, Edem Villa is an excellent choice.
Limenas is also excellent as a base for touring the island, as it is very close to the most beautiful beaches such as Mermerna (6km), Makrijamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).
