Elia Villa is a newer accommodation located in the wider center of Limenas. It has a very nice yard with a swimming pool and a bar, it is located near a large supermarket and is a few minutes from the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available to guests by the pool.
The villa is about one kilometer from the city center, and one and a half kilometers from the city beach. The nearest beach is Vournelis (approximately 600 meters away). Tarsanas beach is about 900m from the villa, in the extension of Vournelis beach.
There are 18 rooms and studios, as well as one apartment, in two buildings. All accommodation units can host two or three people, the apartment four.
There are a total of ten studios in which three adults or parents with one child up to 12 years of age can stay. In two studios, which are designed for the stay of adults, there is a French bed and one single bed, while one of the studios is equipped with two single beds and one sofa bed. The other seven three-bed studios are intended for parents with one child and have a double bed from which an additional drawer bed can be pulled out.
The four-bed apartment is located on the ground floor of the second building, which is located behind the first. This apartment is intended for the stay of two adults and two children. There is a double bed in the bedroom and living room, while the bedroom has an air conditioner.
Both rooms and studios have wireless internet, air conditioning, TV, bathroom, terraces and safe.
The furniture is new, the terraces are nice, mostly overlooking the courtyard.
Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed every three days, and sheets are changed every five days.
The yard is large and beautifully decorated, with lots of greenery and shade.
In the bar, you can enjoy a drink by the pool on excellent deckchairs, and you can also order a light meal.
In front of the accommodation, next to the road, there is a private parking lot for several cars, but around the villa there is enough space to park the cars of all the guests.
When you get off the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive next to the sea on the main road (about 300 meters). When you reach the part where the narrow road leads straight to the Vournelis Hotel and the beach of the same name, continue on the main road and turn left. After about 150 meters you will come to the first big intersection (with Dimitriadu Street) and turn left there. After about a hundred meters you will reach Villa Elia, which is located on the right side of the road leading to Prinos.
If you want quality, but not too expensive accommodation in Limenas, Elia Villa can be a good choice.
It is very close to all facilities, promenades, shops and restaurants. Limenas is also excellent as a base for touring the island, as it is very close to the most beautiful beaches such as Mermerna (6km), Makrijamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).
