Green Villa is a new accommodation in a quiet location in Limenas, which offers its guests complete privacy since it is a single accommodation unit. The center and the first shops are in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance.
The accommodation is located in a quiet part of Limenas, 950m from the town center. The city beach is located 1.4 km away. It is about 400m away from the first market. If you want to visit Vournelis, Tarsanas or Nisteri beaches, they are 1.3km and 2.1km away from the accommodation.
It is a ground-floor accommodation unit in which there is one double bed and one single bed under which an additional one can be pulled out according to the drawer principle. This studio is intended for the stay of a maximum of two adults and two children, given that the surface of the studio is about 25m. We must also mention that the space is further narrowed if another bed is pulled out for the fourth person. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee machine and a washing machine.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every four days.
In the courtyard of the villa there is also a set for sitting and enjoying. The accommodation does not have its own private parking, so you must leave your vehicle in one of the public parking spaces in Limenas.

Limenas is also excellent as a base for touring the island, as it is very close to the most beautiful beaches such as Mermerna (6km), Makrijamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).
