Ioannis Irini Apartment is located on the outskirts of Limenas. This villa is a true paradise for families with children. The apartment is spacious, the yard is landscaped, and a mini playground is available for children, and the building is located in a quiet area, without traffic and noise from neighboring buildings.

The accommodation is located in a cul-de-sac where you turn off the main Thassos - Prinos road, before turning towards the villages of Panagia and Potamia.
The villa is about a kilometer from the city center, and about a kilometer and a half from the city beach.

The highway is only 150 meters away, so you won't have to go through narrow streets and crowds when you go around the island or to one of the beautiful beaches in the area.

There is one apartment available (about 45m2) for a maximum of five people, located on the ground floor, while the owners live on the first floor.

This apartment is ideal for families with younger children because it opens directly into the yard. There is one double bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the living room that can accommodate two more people. If necessary, an extra bed for a child can be inserted. The apartment is air-conditioned, has a large TV, hair dryer, refrigerator, small household appliances, washing machine. wireless internet and mosquito nets, and the furniture is nice and new.

The cleaning of the apartment, as well as the change of towels and bed linen, is provided and is done every fourth day.

If necessary, the owners can provide a cot for babies.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but you can park in front of the building where there is always space.

After getting off the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive by the sea on the main road for about 300 meters. When you reach the part where the narrow road leads straight to the Vournelis Hotel and the beach of the same name, continue on the main road and turn left. About 150 meters later, you reach the first big intersection (with Dimitriadu street), there continue straight for another 350 meters until you reach the next big intersection with the main road Thassos - Prinos. Turn left, then after 800 meters left again (fifth street on the left). Drive straight until you see a fork on the right, turn there and drive straight and after a few meters enter the street on the right. You will find your accommodation in the second house on the right. If you want decent accommodation in Limenas, but not in a busy place, but a little outside the city, Ioannis Irini Apartment is a very good choice. I recommend the villa as a good base for visiting the island and beaches, with the fact that a car is mandatory, because the villa is a little further from the center and the beach. The villa is about fifteen minutes' walk from the promenade, shops, restaurants and other facilities in the city.

Limenas is also excellent as a base for touring the island, as it is very close to the most beautiful beaches such as Mermerna (6km), Makrijamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).
