Mandani Villa is a very beautiful, new, luxurious and modern villa. Accommodation units are equipped with new and high-quality furniture. The yard is very nicely decorated and there is plenty of space for parking in front of the building.
Villa Mandani is located on the edge of Limenas, in a quiet, quiet street parallel to the main highway (marked on the maps as Thassos - Prinos road).
The villa is about 450 meters from Vournelis beach (on a macadam road next to the villa, then straight to the sea), from Tarsanas beach also about 500 meters (on the main road in the direction of Prinos), from the new port about a kilometer (the road you used to get to the villa after disembarking from the ferry), and from the center of Limenas about a kilometer and a half.
The villa has five apartments (47m2), one suite (33m2) and two studios in the basement (27-30m2). The accommodation units are entered directly from the courtyard via the stairs.
The apartment consists of a living room with two sofas (made of leather and furniture) that can be opened, a club table, a kitchen and a dining room, a bathroom with a shower and a curtain, a bedroom with a French bed made of wrought iron and a balcony. The furniture is modern and beautiful. The bathroom is of a higher class. The kitchen is well equipped, with hotplates, a refrigerator, a toaster, an electric kettle for heating water, dishes and a kettle. There are also two air conditioners, a large LCD TV with satellite channels, a safe, a hair dryer and wireless internet.
The four-bed studio is located in the basement and consists of one French bed and a bunk bed. The three-bed deluxe studio in the basement is a newly built accommodation unit and has a double bed and a sofa for one person. The suite is located on the first floor and has a king-size French bed and two couches, one of which is a pull-out couch.
The accommodation units are impeccably clean. Cleaning is done daily, and towels and bed linen are changed every two days.
The courtyard of the villa is not large, it is arranged very meticulously, with flowers, shaped bushes and sofas.
Parking is possible on the street next to the villa, but also on the gravel road along the side of the villa.
After getting off the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive by the sea on the main road for about 300 meters. When you reach the part where the narrow road leads straight to the Vournelis Hotel and the beach of the same name, you follow the main road and turn left. After about 150 meters you reach the first big intersection (with Dimitriadou Street). There, continue straight (about 350 meters) until you reach the next big intersection (with the main road Thassos - Prinos). Turn right, turn into a narrow alley parallel to the main road and after about 300 meters you will reach Mandani villa.
If you want quality accommodation near Limenas, in order to have peace on the one hand, and easy access to all facilities offered by the capital of the island, on the other, Mandani Villa is an excellent choice. From all amenities in the city, promenades, shops and restaurants, the villa is ten minutes' walk away, and Limenas is also an excellent base for touring the island, as it is very close to the most beautiful beaches such as Mermerna (6km), Makriamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).
