Mary Ann Apartments are one of the highest quality and most modern facilities in Limenas. The first thing you will notice is the beautifully landscaped yard, well-maintained lawn, various flowers and a clean swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. The owners are friendly and professional.
Apartments MaryAnn (Merien) are located 1.5 km from the center of Limenas, the promenade, the old port and the city beach. The nearest beach, called Papias, is 400m away.
It is a completely new building that offers 10 identical apartments consisting of a bedroom with a double bed or two joined single beds and a living room with two beds for two children. The size of the apartment is about 40m2. Each apartment has a balcony with a view of the pool, the sea or the surrounding hills, a large kitchen, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, excellent sound insulation, a telephone, a safe, SAT TV, a signal for wireless internet, a hair dryer. The furniture in the apartments is modern and beautiful, and the owners have made an effort to add stylish details to the warm ambience in them so that the guests feel at home.
From the 2025 season, there is also a studio on offer, which is located a few steps below ground level and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a 'queen size' French bed and two sofas. This unit does not have a balcony, but guests can use the garden furniture in the yard.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
The yard is spacious, full of greenery and includes a nice swimming pool with deckchairs.
You can park your car in front of the building.
When you get off the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive by the sea on the main road (about 300 meters), and when you reach the part where the narrow road leads straight to the Vournelis Hotel and the beach of the same name, you follow the main road and turn left, then after about 150 meters you come to the first big intersection (with Dimitriadou Street) and turn right there. On the left side you will see narrow streets that branch off from the road, there are several of them, and to get to Villa MaryAnn you need to turn into the fourth such alley. About one hundred and fifty meters after turning left, you will see a villa.
The villa is about 500m from the first supermarket, and the same distance from the first restaurant and cafe.
If you want accommodation near the capital city of Limenas, due to the facilities that also offer a small oasis of peace in the form of quality and modern accommodation with a swimming pool, in a spacious yard surrounded by olive groves and greenery, then Villa MaryAnn is an excellent choice.
