Montamar Olympus Villas is located in the village of Litochoro, in the Olympic region, about 200 m from the beach. This modernly designed and elegantly equipped complex with private pools is intended for guests who want a peaceful and comfortable stay throughout the year, with proximity to the sea and a high level of comfort. The accommodation is suitable for a relaxing vacation, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, but with easily accessible amenities in the area.
Within the complex there are four accommodation units, each of which has its own private pool.
Two accommodation units are organized as maisonettes and can host up to seven adults. The lower level, located on the ground floor, includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, one bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper level, on the first floor, there is another bedroom and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and a folding armchair, while the other bedroom has two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people.
The remaining two accommodation units, also organized as maisonettes, are intended for the stay of up to ten adults. The lower level, located in the semi-basement, consists of two bedrooms and a toilet. One bedroom has two single beds, while the other has two joined single beds and a sofa for one person. On the ground floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom. The upper level, which spans the first and second floors, includes one bedroom with a double bed, a folding armchair and two single beds joined together, as well as two bathrooms.
On request, at no additional charge, a baby cot is available to guests.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, hair dryer and washing machine. The kitchens are fully equipped and include a four-burner stove and a large oven, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a blender and a hot air fryer.
Guests have at their disposal balconies or verandas with seating, from which there is a view of the sea and the pool. Deckchairs and umbrellas are placed around the pool, and there is also a barbecue area in the yard.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation units during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days. For all reservations, there is a mandatory surcharge for final cleaning after guests' departure.
Private parking for guests is provided within the facility.
