This accommodation offers eight triple and quadruple studios spread over two floors - four on the first and four on the second floor. Studio no. 1 on the first floor consists of two connected single beds and one drawer bed. Studio no. 2 on the first floor consists of one double bed and one single bed and four people can stay here because another bed can be pulled out of the double bed. In terms of square footage, this studio is somewhat more spacious than studio no. 1. Studio no. 3. on the first floor consists of a double bed, one single bed and an extra bed in the form of a large folding stool that can accommodate four people. Studio no. 4 on the first floor consists of two connected single beds and one standard bed and in this studio the bathroom is slightly smaller than in the other studios. At the time of our visit, only these studios were free, but, according to the owner, the arrangement of the beds in the studios on the second floor is similar to this one. All studios are equipped with TV, air conditioning, kitchen and refrigerator. All balconies are separated from each other and have their own dryers and parasols. If you need a hair dryer or want to use a washing machine, the owner will be happy to meet you. Guests have access to the Internet (WiFi) and each has its own private parking space if needed. In the yard there is a barbecue that guests can use. Next to the building there is a market where you can buy some of the bakery products. The villa is about a kilometer away from the strictest center of the town, and about a kilometer and a half from the city beach. The nearest beach is Vournelis (some 400 meters). Tarsanas beach is about 800m from the villa, in extension of Vournelis beach. When you get off the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive along the sea along the main road (about 300 meters), then reach the part where the narrow road leads straight to the Vournelis Hotel and the beach of the same name, and you follow the main road and turn left. to the first big crossroads (with Dimitriadou Street) and turn left, and then after 200 meters you reach Villa Pipini, which is on the left side of the street. It is a very beautiful, new villa, with a swimming pool in the yard, with deck chairs and umbrellas next to it, with a beautifully landscaped and tucked away yard. The size of the studio varies, on average from 15m2 to 25m2. A separate building is a house with two double studios, which can also accommodate one extra bed if needed. All studios have a sea view, including the studios in the house (the sea view is not direct, but from the side) and the sea is less visible.
