Metamorfosis Apartments is a completely renovated accommodation facility in the quiet resort of Metamorfosi, with new bathrooms and furniture. The accommodation units are neat, clean and functionally equipped, intended for guests looking for a comfortable and quality stay in a pleasant environment.
The building is located about 400 meters from the beach, near a park that is suitable for easy walks with the scent of pine trees and the sea. In the immediate vicinity of the park is the center of events in Metamorfosi, with children's playgrounds, tourist shops, taverns, pizzerias, cafes and fast food restaurants. The nearest supermarket, pastry shop and bakery are approximately 200-250 meters away.
We offer a total of ten accommodation units with similar equipment, intended for the stay of three to four people. Although they are not large, the apartments and studios are very practically organized. Three units are located on the ground floor, three on the first floor and four on the second floor. The entrances to the two apartments on the ground floor are five to six steps below street level; they have slightly smaller windows, but they are sufficiently lit, while their terraces are passable, facing the back of the building and at the level of the courtyard. The studio on the ground floor is located on the right side of the building and is oriented towards the street. On the first floor, there are one apartment at the front and back of the building, as well as one apartment of smaller square footage that looks towards the courtyard behind the building. On the second floor, there are two apartments facing the street, as well as one apartment and one studio facing the back yard. The terraces of the units on the floors are separated from each other by metal gratings.
Each accommodation unit has a living room with a sofa and a dining table, in which there is a kitchenette equipped with a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer and basic kitchen utensils. The apartments have a separate bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, TV and air conditioning, while the studios consist of one room. From the living room and bedroom in the apartments there is a balcony with an awning, a sofa and a clothes dryer. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower bordered by a wall. Wi-Fi internet is available to guests, and pets are allowed on request. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days.
The accommodation does not have a classic yard, except for a small area with some greenery behind the building, but a parking space can be found in front of the house.
The facility can be reached by turning from the main road onto the main, marked turn for Metamorfosi, then after about 180 meters turn right into the first street, and then right again at the end of it.
