Maria's House Hotel is located between Metamorfozi and Nikiti and offers air-conditioned rooms and apartments for two to four people. The hotel has a total of 22 accommodation units, spread over two floors. There are 17 three-bed rooms for two adults and one child, two double rooms, and three four-bed family rooms. The building was built in 1992 and renovated in 2019 and is in good condition, although the furniture is not new.
Double rooms, marked as 2 Bed Room (2+2) Standard, have two single beds, with the possibility of adding two additional single beds for two children. Triple rooms, 2 Bed Room (2+1) Deluxe, are equipped with one double bed, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a child. Family rooms, 4 Bed Room (4+2) Family, have four single beds, and two extra beds for children can be added if necessary. All rooms have a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet, TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets and bathroom with shower and curtain. The terraces are private, separated by partitions, and equipped with seating and a clothes dryer.
The building is surrounded by a large, fenced and carefully arranged yard with paths, grassy areas, greenery and palm trees. In the yard there are also toys for children, a swimming pool with a bar and an outdoor shower. The pool is available to guests from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A parking space is provided for all guests, in a large parking lot within the yard.
The accommodation can be reached by driving the main road Poligiros-Agios Nikolaos from the direction of Metamorfozis towards Nikiti. On the right, you first come across a sign for Anagnostou Studios, after which you turn right and continue driving for about 200 meters to Maria's House Hotel.
