Irinis Villa is a luxurious private villa located on a hill, about 1.4km from the beautiful Mikros Gialos beach, which is otherwise called Rouda Bay or Poros beach and is located on the east coast of Lefkada.
This two-story villa with an area of 150 m² is intended for accommodation of up to ten people. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom and two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. On the second level, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Four bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, and one bedroom on the ground floor has two joined single beds.
A baby cot is available on request and at no extra cost.
In this air-conditioned villa, with a heat pump with an independent regulator in all rooms, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, a hair dryer, toiletries, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. In the bathrooms, which are six in total, there is a shower without a tub with a glass screen and a hydromassage shower.
Guests can spend warm summer days, with an impressive view of the Ionian Sea and the mountains, on the veranda or balcony, which are equipped with sofas, deckchairs and swings.

The cleaning of the villa, along with the change of bed linen and towels, is done every three to four days.
