Our description Papaoikonomou Villa is located on the beach in the heart of Potos, in one of the best possible locations away from traffic and crowds. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, immediately after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn left and drive about 100 meters. You will recognize the villa by the large pink building next to the road and the clothing store on the ground floor. Next to the pink building is a path through the yard that leads to the villa and the beach. The villa is absolutely sheltered from noise, and yet less than a minute walk from the promenade, shops, bakeries and supermarkets. It has a fantastic yard full of greenery and shade, swings, comfortable seating and kiosks, and there is also a barbecue with tables for socializing and dining. The yard opens onto a small beach that is sandy on the shore, and the first few meters in the water are rocks. Accommodation consists of three buildings, two of which are on the beach, and the third is in the same yard, but about 50 meters from the beach. The third building is a very nice house on two levels (maisonette), suitable for a family of four. The house has one double bed on the ground floor, bathroom and kitchen, and upstairs another room with two single beds. In front of the house is a very spacious veranda with furniture for sitting, relaxing and enjoying, and next to the house is a parking space. If you want a more intimate variant of accommodation near the beach, there may be no better choice than this house in Potos. The other two buildings are located next to the beach. All apartments are renovated and very nicely decorated, and all have sea views. The sea from some terraces is partially sheltered by trees in the yard, but the view is certainly beautiful and the greenery and the sea, and the smell of conifers and the sea is invaluable. The apartments are very well lit, the furniture is in light tones, so with a view of the sea, staying in them is really pleasant. They are intended for families with two or three children. They have spacious terraces, an equipped kitchen, a TV, a double bed, a pull-out bed the size of a double bed and air conditioning. The bedroom is separated by a door from the living room where there is a kitchen with dining area. As part of the accommodation there is also a double room without kitchen (there is only a refrigerator) and a triple studio (with kitchen). Towels are cleaned and changed every other day, while bed linen is changed every four days. The yard is very nice and pleasant. It has a direct view of the sea, lots of shade, tables with chairs, swings and above all, complete peace. You can grill here, because there is a part with a built-in grill and tables and chairs. Villa Papaoikonomou is truly one of the few accommodations with a large parking lot and a courtyard in the city center and on the beach. If you do not like the beach in front of the villa, the city's sandy beach is only two minutes walk away. From the courtyard of the villa, along the path you come to a promenade full of various shops, souvenir shops, taverns ...

Our house is quietly located in an olive orchard and is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay at the sea. It's only 500 m to the beach and 4 km to the next village. The adorably furnished heatable studios consist of one room with fully equipped kitchenette, shower/wc, balcony with view to the sea and Mt. Ahtos. There is also a complete apartment (65 sqm) consisting of a living room with TV and piano, 2 beds, separate bedroom with big bed, kitchen, shower/wc, veranda to the garden. During the off season period a perfect place to write a book, compose music, paint, meditate, hike and relax. There is no direct neighbourhood. Tavernas and shops are found in the surrounding villages. To Thessaloniki it's a 100 km ride. It's advisable to have a car, as public transportation is scarce. We have also organized several seminars and workshops, yoga, painting, self-awareness, african drums, etc. - we are open for many ideas. Accommodation consists of three buildings in which there are 13 apartments, type A and type B, for three and four people. Apartments type A (27m2) have a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with one pull-out bed or two single beds. They can accommodate three adults or two adults and two children. Apartments type B (37m2) are duplex apartments and they have two separate bedrooms and living room, they are more comfortable, and are also intended for families with two children or couples. The apartments in the first and second building are located next to each other on the high ground floor and are located sideways in relation to the street. They are facing the yard. The beach is small and intimate, sandy on the shore and mostly (first 2-3 meters) rocky in the water. There is never a crowd on it, because it is sheltered and hidden. It is ideal for relaxing with a book. This accommodation has a great location, because it is in the heart of Potos. It offers its guests peace, fenced parking, large yard, shade and direct access to the beach, which is really hard to find in Potos. At the same time, from the other end of the yard you go directly to the promenade full of shops, fast food restaurants, taverns, supermarkets and souvenir shops. If you do not like a small private beach, the city is only two minutes walk from the apartment. Our description Accommodation is located in Astris about 150m from the beach. Coming from the direction of Prinos and Potos, at the very beginning of Astris you will see a turn for bungalows, to the left of the highway. At the turn there is a sign marked Caripis. The Caripis Bungalows complex has a total of seven bungalows located in a very spacious courtyard. Each is intended for one family only. They are at a sufficient distance from each other so that everyone has privacy. In the first row of the yard there are two slightly larger bungalows (30m2) which have one bedroom with a double and a single bed, separated by a door from the room where the kitchen and sofa. The other five bungalows (25m2) can be for three or four people. In the first room there is one double bed, a single bed and a folding armchair, while in the second there is a kitchen. Each bungalow has a bathroom, veranda, kitchen, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets and wireless internet. The bungalows are very well maintained and clean. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is done every five days. If you want, you can clean yourself, because accessories and cleaning products are in every bungalow. The yard is very large. It has a total of 8 accommodation units, 4 apartments and 4 studios located on the ground floor and first floor. Mythos bungalows are secluded, surrounded by olive groves. There is a lot of space for playing in the yard, and there are also toys for children, summer houses with furniture for sitting, socializing, dining. As part of the summer house located in the back of the yard there is a kitchen with oven, refrigerator and barbecue which are available to guests. There is also a toilet. If necessary, guests have at their disposal a washing machine that they can use on request. Cleaning is daily and bed linen and towels are changed every 3 or 4 days, depending on the length of stay. When you come from the direction of Limenaria, after the central crossroads you should continue straight and get out of Potos, after 1.5 km from the center of Potos, you will see a right turn towards Mythos bungalows, after a turn for Atrium and Kamari hotels. Anastasia Studios is a very high quality accommodation, about a hundred meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on Thassos, Golden Beach. It has a beautifully landscaped courtyard, with a bar where you can order a drink, as well as modernly decorated accommodation units with new furniture. Villa Anastasia Studios is located in Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, across from Alexandra Golden Hotel, in a quiet street very close to the beach. The villa is very beautiful, with landscaped garden, outdoor bar, barbecue and bar inside the building. Breakfast is available at the bar and costs 7.5e per day, per person. On the beach in front of the building there are parasols and deck chairs, if you do not want to drink anything then the use is paid extra, and if you order a drink deck chairs and umbrellas are free. Accommodation is very easy to reach, if you come from the direction of Skala Potamia, when you pass Villa Almyra, turn right into the first street and after a few meters, you will notice Villa Anastasia on your left. The first market is located 500m from the accommodation. If you want accommodation in a quiet location, close to the beach, with a bar within the yard, Anastasia can be a great choice.
