IO Suites Luxury Apartments is located in Mitikas, in the Epirus region, 6 km from Preveza and about 400 m from the sandy beach. This modernly equipped facility offers luxurious accommodation divided into several types of units:
**Studio Suite with Private Pool** is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. It has a double bed, a sofa for two, a kitchenette and a bathroom. On the balcony there is a private pool, seating and deckchairs.
**Studio Junior with garden view** is located on the first floor and is designed for up to three people. It contains a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom, while the balcony overlooking the garden has a sofa.
**Apartment Suite with outdoor Jacuzzi** is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchenette, a dining table and a sofa bed for two. On the balcony there is a jacuzzi, a sofa and deckchairs.
**Superior studios with outdoor jacuzzi** are located on the second floor and accommodate up to four people. They are equipped with a kitchenette, a double bed, a sofa for two and a bathroom. The balcony offers a panoramic view of the sea, and there is also a jacuzzi, a sofa set and sunbeds.
All units are air-conditioned and have free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets and a hair dryer. The kitchenettes are fully equipped and include a two-plate ceramic hob, a standard fridge freezer, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee maker.
