Diplano Apartment is a beachfront accommodation, at the exit of Nea Peramos towards Amolofi Beach. The terrace at the front of the house has an excellent view of the sea and the beach.
It is 400-500m from the city center.
It is an apartment (35m2) with a separate entrance within a private house. The apartment can accommodate up to five people. The entrance is from the veranda, which has a direct view of the sea. The first room is a living room with a folding sofa for two children and a very well-equipped kitchen with a stove and oven. An extra bed can be added. From the living room, you enter the bedroom, which has a double bed and access to a small terrace that is only used for spreading laundry. The apartment is located on the high ground floor.
The apartment has air conditioning, TV, bathroom, two terraces, wireless internet, mosquito nets, and a cot is available upon request.
Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, and the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the apartment (they have the necessary accessories and means for that).
If the guests wish, a cleaning service can be organized for an additional fee of 7e per hour. According to the same principle, the villa provides a laundry service.
In the small yard, guests can use a brick grill, as well as a grill specialized in fish.
There is no private parking, but there are places for safe and free parking in front of the villa, next to the road and the beach.
