Ilida Apartments are located in Nea Peramos, near the sandy beach. We offer modern apartments for five people, with one or two separate bedrooms. Guests can also use the barbecue in the yard, as well as a table and chairs for sitting and a playground for children.
The accommodation is located about 250m from the beach. The nearest Masutis supermarket is about 100m away.
The villa was built in 2010 and renovated in 2018. There are a total of six accommodation units on offer - two family apartments on the ground floor and four duplex apartments on the first floor.
4 Bed Apartment (4+1) are located on the ground floor, have one separate bedroom and an area of 55m2. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and two sofas for one person in the living room. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. These units have one air conditioner. The kitchen is equipped and includes a stove, a small fridge, a coffee maker and a kettle. The apartments have two terraces (at the front and back of the house) that overlook the yard.
2 Bedroom Apartment has an area of 55m2. Two are located on the first and two on the second floor. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. In the living room there are two sofas for one adult. The bathroom has a shower cabin. The kitchen is equipped and has a small fridge, stove, coffee maker and kettle. There is an air conditioner in both bedrooms. Like the apartments on the ground floor, these units have two terraces on the front and back of the building, with a view of the courtyard.
It is possible to add another extra bed or baby cot to the apartments. The units are intended for a maximum of five adults.
There are mosquito nets at the door. All apartments have a safe, TV and hair dryer.
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every two days.
The yard is smaller and is located at the front and back of the building. It has toys for children and a barbecue that are available to guests of the villa.
Guests can find a parking space in the nearby streets.
