Mad's Villas is located in Nea Peramos, in a quiet location 450m from the beach. The town center is 500m away, while the market is 1.2km from the accommodation. The complex consists of 11 units distributed on the ground floor and on the first floor, and offers maisonettes, apartments and studios overlooking a spacious courtyard.
On the ground floor, there are four apartments of 30 m2 that can accommodate two adults and two children, and consist of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa for two, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Studio number 7, with an area of 25m2, also accommodates two adults and two children and contains a double bed and a sofa bed, while studio number 11 is a separate unit in the courtyard of 20m2, intended for two people with a double bed. All units on the ground floor have a veranda with seating and a view of the garden.
The maisonettes are located on the first floor. Units number 4, 5, 6 and 10 have an area of 45m2 and can accommodate four adults and two children. They contain a bedroom with a double bed, a gallery with another double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Maisonette number 9 of 40m2 is intended for two adults and two children, with a double bed on the gallery and a sofa in the kitchen area. The maisonette balconies offer a view of nature and the garden.
Wireless internet, air conditioning in every room, TV, hair dryer and mosquito nets are available to guests. The kitchens are equipped with a stove with two or three hotplates and a small oven (depending on the unit), a refrigerator with a freezer or a chamber, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. The bathrooms have a shower or a walled shower area with a curtain. A free baby cot is available upon request. The stay is based on bed and breakfast served in the garden.
Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Within the spacious yard there is a children's playground with a slide, swings and toys, as well as a place for preparing a barbecue. A parking space is provided inside the building's yard.
