Seagull Apartments is located in the immediate vicinity of a sandy beach. We offer apartments with two separate bedrooms, some of which have a view of the sea. The yard also offers a view of the sea and there is a barbecue available for guests.
The accommodation is located in Nea Peramos, 130m from the beach. The nearest store is about 100m away.
The accommodation was built in 2003 and renovated in 2018. We offer three duplex apartments for a maximum of four adults and two children. All units have an area of about 75m2.
Two apartments in one bedroom have two single beds, while the other has a double bed. They have two sofas in the living room where children can sleep. The apartment on the ground floor, located at the back of the house, has two French beds in the bedrooms and two sofas in the living room. Kitchens are equipped. They have a small fridge, stove, coffee maker and kettle. All apartments also have wireless internet, air conditioning, safe, hair dryer and TV. Only the apartment on the first floor with a sea view has a large refrigerator.
One of the apartments on the ground floor and the apartment on the first floor have a view of the sea, while the other apartment on the ground floor overlooks a small courtyard at the back of the house. It is the only one with two bathrooms with a shower and a curtain, while the apartments with a sea view each have one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment on the ground floor with a sea view has a washing machine, and the apartment on the first floor has a stove instead of a stove.
The apartment at the back of the house is being renovated and will be ready for the 2020 season.
There is a possibility of adding an extra bed, as well as a cot for babies. There are mosquito nets at the door.
Cleaning is done every 5 days, and a set of bed linen and towels, which can be changed independently, is available to guests upon request, as part of the rental price. Only bed linen and towels are provided for guests of the Back apartment.
The courtyard at the front of the house is paved and also has a view of the sea. Guests can also use the grill located there.
Guests can find a parking space in the nearby streets.
