A2 House is located at the very beginning of the Kassandra peninsula, in a quiet environment near the town of Nea Potidea, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. Thanks to its position, this accommodation is a good starting point for visiting Kassandra and Sithonia, as well as for trips to Thessaloniki. The beach in this part is long, wide and sandy, with a gradual entrance to the sea and a spacious shallow, which makes it suitable for staying with children. Nea Potidea is a smaller and quiet resort, recommended for families and couples who want a relaxed vacation.
We offer a two-bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor, which can accommodate a maximum of six adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other two beds for one person, while in the living room there are two sofas for one person.
The apartment is air-conditioned and guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV with Netflix platform, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a hot air fryer, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine and a toaster.
The accommodation has a veranda in front of the apartment and a large balcony above it, which can be reached by an external staircase. Both areas are equipped with seating, while the balcony additionally has deckchairs and a swing, with a view of the sea.
Pets are not allowed. Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene, while bed linen and towels are changed every seven days. Two private parking spaces are provided in front of the accommodation.
