Amazing Beach House is a 100 m² house, located across the street from the beach in Nea Potidea. It is fully equipped and intended for a stay of up to eight people. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace overlooking the sea, which makes it suitable for larger families or groups of friends.
The nearest market is about 250 m away, the restaurant is about 300 m away, while the bakery is about 500 m from the accommodation. The beach in front of the house is not organized; it is sandy, but in the first two to three meters there are stones in the water.
Seen from the side of the beach and the street, the entrance to the house is on the first floor, while the entrance from the back is at ground level. From the spacious terrace, you enter directly into the living room with seating and a fireplace, from which you can go to the other rooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two joined single beds, while the third also has a double bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes, which provide enough storage space. The kitchen and dining room are connected to the living room and equipped with a large stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, microwave oven and dishwasher. One bathroom has a bathtub, and the other has a shower-tub with a curtain.
The accommodation is air-conditioned with four air conditioners and has internet, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets, washing machine and cot. Behind the house there is another terrace, as well as a smaller yard.
Private parking is not provided, and guests park their vehicles along the street in front of the house. During the stay, the guests themselves maintain the hygiene of the accommodation, while the change of bed linen and towels is not provided.
