Directly in front of the building there is an unorganized beach, while the city beach in Nea Potidea is about 1.2 km away. Supermarkets, taverns and other facilities that the place offers are located at the same distance. The beach in front of the accommodation has sand in the shallows, while stones appear as the depth increases. A more beautiful part of the beach with a sandy seabed begins about twenty meters to the right of the building.
The accommodation has three apartments, two of which are intended for a stay of up to five people, while one apartment has six beds.
The five-bed apartments have the same layout, with one located in the basement and the other on the first floor. In the living room with the kitchen there is a sofa for two people, while the bedroom has a double bed. If necessary, it is possible to add an extra bed to the living room, with a note that this significantly reduces the available space.

Kitchens in all apartments are of the same type and equipped with a large fridge with freezer, a stove and basic kitchen utensils. The kitchen in the six-bed apartment additionally has a dining table with chairs. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower-tub with a curtain.
All apartments have a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets and an iron, while a hair dryer and a baby cot are available on request. Air conditioning is not provided in any accommodation unit.
