CASTELLO apartments are built on the coastal road and in just 80 m far from the sandy beach which is right in front of us in the PARADISE settlement, well known as FRANGOCASTELLO. The name was established by the existence of the impressive Venetian Fortress which dominates the whole region not only for its history but also for the legends that follow it (for heroes, fatal battles, Drossoulites e.t.c.). Therefore, the apartments' name CASTELLO was given to celebrate the existence of the fortress which indeed is not more than 450 meters far from us. As far as architecture is concerned, we have made in our building a small and characteristic copy of the fortress' turrets. Our unit started with the construction of three apartments as a holiday home for the owner and his two children.. Over a few years, the love and the interest that our visitors expressed for our region imposed the addition of more apartments and therefore their tourist exploitation. Thus, today we have a total of 8 apartments of various types for our guests. Although the apartments are relatively new in their construction, with our participation in two European programs, we renovated, modernized and customized them to fit the demands of a small but completely hospitable unit for foreigners and local guests. The apartments are build in a fenced area of 5000 m2 – especially made for total protection of little children – full of big decorative trees and a stunning variety of flowers.

The furnished apartments Natsios are located in the beautiful and cosmopolitan Hanioti. It consists of 23 spacious apartment-studios that can accommodate 2-4 people. A kitchen with the necessary equipment, where you can make your own breakfast or a light meal, fridge, wc-shower, air conditioning, television and safe private parking. All apartments feature a spacious balcony overlooking the blooming garden. We having 9 fully equipped apartments with either terrace sitting area or balcony. We having family size apartments or studio size the family size having upstairs and down stairs with four beds.The studio is for maximum three persons.A big swimmingpool outside all apartments and inside the hotel area next to pool we having a pool bar that is open from nine to 00.00. The hotel is close to mini market and resturants and just 5 min walk to the beach.For public transportation the bus is just outside at the main road. The apartments of Villa Minoas are located in village Istron, 10 km from the famous Resort of Agios Nikolaos Crete, and next to the three beautiful and clean sandy beaches, of St. Panteleimon (70 meters), Golden beach (250 meters) and Karavostasi (350 meters). The beaches are sandy and fully organized with umbrellas, sunbeds etc.
