Egeon Studios is built in a distinctive Mediterranean style, with a white facade and blue shutters, characteristic of this part of Greece. The building is located on a hill and has a roof terrace intended for guests, from which there is a view of Neos Marmaras and the surrounding area. The owners of the accommodation are hospitable and committed to maintaining a pleasant and orderly atmosphere during the stay.
The accommodation is located under the main road in Neos Marmaras, about 100 meters from the town center, where bars, restaurants, shops and other facilities are available. The city sandy beach, about one kilometer long and holder of the Blue Flag, is approximately 800 meters away, while the Paradisos beach is about 1.5 km away. The nearest supermarket, Arista, is about 300 meters away.
Egeon Studios has a total of 12 accommodation units. We offer studios for two to three people, as well as apartments that can host three to four people. Three-bed studios are equipped with a double bed and a single bed, a double bed and a sofa bed, or with three single beds. The apartments have one double bed and two single beds.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have free wireless internet, as well as covered balconies. Studios and apartments have a kitchenette with basic utensils for preparing meals, a refrigerator and a dining area. Each unit has a TV and a private bathroom with a shower. The equipment is simple, but the rooms are bright, neat and regularly maintained. Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every two to three days, or more often as needed.
In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation there is a large free public parking lot, while the facility itself has two private parking spaces.
Egeon Studios can be reached by turning right from the main road, from the direction of Nikiti, at the second entrance to Neos Marmaras and continuing straight for about 200 meters. As the accommodation is located on high ground, it may be more convenient for guests who are not inclined to hike uphill to reach the beach by car.
