Agapaki Studios is a renovated accommodation with a beautiful view of Toronei Bay, located in Neos Marmaras on the Sithonia Peninsula. A smaller, unkempt beach without sunbeds is about 250 m away, while the town's sandy beach is approximately 1.5 km away. The modernly decorated facility provides a pleasant environment for rest, with an open panoramic view of the sea.
There are a total of eight accommodation units on offer. The studios are located on the first, second, third and fourth floors and are intended for the stay of two adults and one child up to 12 years old. The studio has a kitchen area and a bathroom, while a double bed and a folding armchair are provided for sleeping.
The apartments are located on the first floor and can host up to five adults and one child. They consist of a living room, a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. There is a double bed in the living room, while the bedroom has a narrower double bed and a sofa for two people.
Upon request and without additional charge, a baby cot is available to guests.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets and hair dryer. Kitchenettes include two hotplates, a standard fridge, microwave, kettle and filter coffee maker. The bathrooms have a shower without a tub, with a glass screen.
Each unit has a balcony equipped with seating, offering a panoramic view of the sea.
The stay of small pets is allowed and included in the price.
Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. Laundry service is available for an additional fee.
